Mary A. Yosker
Wellington, Ohio Enterprise 1892
Mrs. Frank Yosker
The subject of this notice was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Wright, living at "Evergreen Hill," west of town. Her death occurred on Friday evening last after an illness of only a few hours which was comparatively painless, until the last hour. She leaves a husband and one son in the home circle to mourn her early death. The remains were conveyed to the home of her parents on Saturday. The funeral service was conducted on Sunday afternoon by Rev. J.F. Brant, assisted by a quartette who rendered the sacred songs of "Jesus, Lover of my Soul" and "Thy Will be Done" with expressive sweetness. The address was brief but expressively sympathetic and comforting to the bereaved families who mourn the loss of one whose life, like the flowers on the casket, was cut down ere the bloom had faded or age had withered the fair blossom. For a funeral in the country it was largely attended, many friends coming from a distance to extend sympathy and fellow feeling to hearts bereaved and full of sorrow. The remains were buried in the south cemetery. "Earth to earth and dust to dust." Gently and kindly the last rites were administered, and the loved one laid to rest in the bosom of mother earth. Grief stricken hears murmured: "Farewell, Mary, our Mary, kind and true; Thou are gone from our homes forever, And our hearts are grieving for you."

Benjamin Ransom Coats

Obituary
Benjamin Ransom Coats was born in Buffalo, N.Y., April 7, 1815; came to Ohio in 1838, and was married to Mary Ann Webb, February 12, 1839. To them were born ten children. For the past thirty years his home has been in Rochester, Lorain county. To his widow and eight surviving children he leaves a legacy, richer than gold, always setting before them a Christ-like example. To him death came suddenly; but found him ready at the ripe age of eighty-two years.
Oh, must we part to meet no more. With all our hopes denied? Oh, no; we'll meet on the other shore. And there may be well satisfied. So now adieu to father dear, Until we reach the other side. With our poor vision made more clear. Oh, then we'll be more satisfied. And then we'll roam in floods of light, With Jesus for our guide. Thro' that long day that hath no night. And evermore be satisfied.

Louisa J. Mason
Ashland, Ohio Press 24 July 1912 Page 12
Mrs. H.L. Mason
Louisa J. Wright was born at Nankin, Ashland County, Ohio, September 21, 1846 and entered into rest July 20, 1912, aged 65 years, 9 months, and 29 days. She was married to Hulbert L. Mason, December 20, 1866. Mrs. Mason was the mother of four children who with her husband and one grandchild are left to mourn a fond and loving wife and mother. One grandchild died in infancy. Words fail to portray this beautiful woman and her life which was lived as a follower of Christ and was filled with good deeds and works. She was always ready with her words of sympathy for the sick and those in trouble. Her life was a most fitting memorial for such a one as we look back to one who was loved and honored by all who knew her. She has been a member of the U.B. church for 46 years to which she was loyal and devoted in the fullest sense of the word. She was a great sufferer but patiently bore it all awaiting her call "come home." Funeral services were held at the residence Tuesday, Rev. J.E. Comer, of the U.B. church officiating. He was assisted by Rev. Newton W. Moore, of Brighton. Interment in the Ashland cemetery.
We desire to express our gratitude to all our friends for their kindness in the hours of our affliction, in the illness and death of our beloved wife and mother for the beautiful floral tributes, to Mrs. Beidman in reading the hymns, to Rev. Comer and Rev. Moore for their words of comfort and sympathy. H.L. Mason and Family. (born September 21, 1846 - died July 20, 1912)
